Creating an auto-responder email will take you just a few mouse clicks if you are using a Linux cloud hosting with our company. You can do this through the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you can view your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You may either choose an e-mail address and click the auto-responder button or just right-click and select the feature in the context menu that will show up. All you have to do is to type in the content which you want to be sent as the automated reply and save the changes. You are able to enter any text you want and editing or disabling the auto-responder function can be just as easy. From the very same part of the Control Panel you are able to keep track of which accounts have the option enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan to host your domains with our company, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder feature for the mailboxes that you set up inside the account. You can do this through the Emails part of our simple to use Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can see a list of all your mailboxes. A little icon will highlight which one has an enabled auto-responder and which one does not. To add, edit or remove a message, click the corresponding image for the specific e-mail, type in the content you want to use, save the changes and you will be all set. In case you choose various e-mails, you can enable or deactivate the feature for them in bulk, with as little efforts.
